Requirements:

• GED or High School Diploma
• 5 years injection processing/setup experience
• Supervisory experience
• Engineering resin experience
• ISO 9000 quality knowledge

Duties:

• Working Supervisor
• Supervise first shift workers (5-10 workers)
• Participate in weekly prodution meetings
• Scheduling
• Machine Setup
• Machine Maintenance
• Production/Quality Monitoring

Compensation:

• $15-$20 / hour + overtime as required
• Self Directed 401K with 2% employer matching
• Health: Full single policy or equivalent value toward family policy.
• Relocation Budget
