Christiane Bannister

American Precision Products is pleased to announce that Christiane Bannister moved into a majority stock holding position this month. As such, APP is now a woman owned small business. Mrs. Bannister will retain her position as Executive Vice President and also take over the position of Chief Financial Officer.

This change coincides with American Precision Products' push to further expand its military and aerospace market share. "Our military and aerospace business has remained relatively stable over the years with only moderate growth in the commercial aerospace side," President Mark Bannister said. "We are showing good growth in our commercial sales and we are going to take some of those same lessons and apply them to our military and aerospace business." He added, "Our initial focus will be on customers with Huntsville based operations."

Mrs. Bannister has been employed at American Precision Products since 1985 and a share holder and active executive for ten years. A naturalized citizen, born in Benshiem Germany, she has worked and lived in Huntsville since 1975.
